Working at the front desk, the position entails guiding and explaining to guests in a welcoming manner.

In addition the following responsibilities are required:

Take responsibility for submitting all documentation related to shipping in an appropriate manner.

Maintain proper inventory management and provide updated inventory reports to the supervisor on a weekly or monthly basis.

Store and organize financial and non-financial data in electronic format and present reports.

Ensure accurate and timely processing of all orders.

 

We are looking for individuals with a good personality, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in using Excel and MS Office, fluency in English is required.
