LAND SURVEYOR
KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conducting site Land Survey inspections.
Reviewing the shop drawing and comparing them
with the work done at site.
Reviewing and verifying the as-built drawings.
Checking the site changes from the design
drawings.
Conducting site inspection of the curbstone
installation, Interlock Reinstatement and Street Furniture.
Checking the low points at site after asphalt laying and advising design team accordingly
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 10 years of demonstrable overall
experience with a minimum of 5 years in all aspects of setting-out and
surveying of similar construction projects.
Must be proficient with latest surveying
instrumentation and techniques as appropriate to deep underground structures
projects.
Particular emphasis on Micro tunneling works,
procedures, alignment setup, monitoring micro tunnel site activities.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING:
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in
Civil Engineering from an accredited University
