Fitter
/ Technician, you will be responsible for assisting the area in-charge in
troubleshooting, maintenance, and necessary repairs for mechanical equipment
such as bucket elevators, air slide bag filters, electrostatic precipitators,
clinker grate coolers, and pan conveyors
Responsibilities:
Assist
the area in charge in troubleshooting, maintenance, and necessary repairs for
mechanical equipment.
Perform alignment of drive
units using hydraulic tools and pneumatic tools.
Utilize Vernier calipers
and micrometers for accurate measurements.
Carry out regular equipment
changes, repairs, and overhauls as per the maintenance shutdown plan.
Perform preventive
maintenance checks and provide service for units as required.
Perform complex repairs on
mechanical equipment.
Ensure a safe and secure
workplace.
Maintain positive
relationships with staff.
Use hand tools and special
equipment effectively.
Clean and maintain the work
area.
Coordinate activities with
other sections and division teams.
Requirements:
I.T.I Certificate Course or
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum of 5 years of
related experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in factories
