IT Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- 8-10 years of experience as IT Manager.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, such as Windows, Linux, and macOS.
- Familiarity with network protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
- Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and tools.
IT Assistant
Requirements
- Diploma in Computer Science or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and network protocols.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
- Install and configure software and hardware.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Collaborate with other IT departments to resolve complex issues.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain and update documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures.
- Provide training to end-users on IT systems and software.
- Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access control systems.
- Provide assistance in planning and implementing technology projects.
