Job Position: Accountant
Location: Dubai, UAE
We are looking for an Accountant with minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, reports and records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information.
- Prepare Sales & Transaction reports.
- Responsible for general ledger.
- Fixed asset processing and reporting.
- Strong Fundamental understanding and experience of CRM and related software
- Manage Accounts Receivable, Revenue recognition, VAT calculation, Commissions follow-up, Outstanding payment monitoring, Bank Account Reconciliation, Invoice Preparation.
- Able to Comply with Compliance and AML policies.
- Auditing and verifying documents.
- Following internal controls.
- Financial and profitability analysis on request basis.
- Liaising with Auditor and Bankers.
- Reconcile all Advances and staff accounts.
- Handling petty cash.
Requirements
- Professional Accountancy qualification a must.
- Bachelor’s Degree (Finance & Accounting, Bachelor of Commerce or similar)
- MS Excel Skills
- English Language proficiency & Excellent Communication Skills
- Work Experience
- Working Knowledge of Accounting Software
- Energetic, proactive and enthusiastic individual with a strong understanding of accounting and financial management systems.
